Qualifications

PA to Partner & team, Private Equity, City (12-month maternity cover FTC)

£50,000 - £53,000 + package

We are looking for an experienced and proactive PA to support a Partner and small team within this prestigious Investment firm in the City (4 days in office/1 day working from home).

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will play a key role in enabling the team’s success.

What you’ll do:

  • Extensive and often complex global diary management
  • Scheduling meetings, committees and VCs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising global international travel, detailed itineraries with multi-stop trips
  • Coordinating client hospitality/team offsites
  • Expenses management
  • Board/CRM support; ad hoc research
  • 4 days in office / 1 WFH; 9-5.30 pm hours

The skills you need to bring:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail, with the confidence to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the professionalism to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
  • Previous MD level PA experience from Private Equity / Venture Capital or Tech highly advantageous
