Overview

Salary The salary for this role is £25,457 - £28,527 for full time hours depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role Find out from Becky in the video at the bottom of this page what a day as a No7 Advisor looks like—engaging with customers and providing personalised beauty consultations. You will work onsite and report to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup and beauty products
  • Meet sales targets and share information about No7 offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme
  • Share knowledge and tips with the wider store team to create a vibrant, supportive environment
  • Ensure the counter is well presented to showcase No7 skincare and beauty products

What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. We are looking for people who:

  • Welcome each customer with empathy and understanding
  • Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to strong team performance
  • Love to learn and stay up to date with skincare and beauty trends
  • Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for No7 and help customers find the best products for them

Information about the role

We are recruiting No7 Advisor for our Boots Nottingham Riverside Park store. Basic hours are 24 per week, four days out of seven. Shifts run between 9.00am and 8.00pm, including weekends. Shift patterns will be discussed at interview.
