Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Central London is looking for an experienced Network Engineer for an initial 3-month contract. The role involves supporting a busy team with Cisco infrastructure and participating in a key transformation programme. Candidates must have strong experience with Cisco technologies and be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check. The position offers a hybrid working model with some remote capability.

Qualifications

• Excellent Network Engineering experience.
• Experience with Cisco VPN AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of VLANs & Segmentation.
• Familiarity with iDRAC, iLO, and SNMP.
• Experience with Meraki networking.
• Understanding of VMware and Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

Overview

My client based in Central London are looking for a Network Engineer on an initial 3 month contract outside of IR35. This will be a hybrid contract working 2-3 days remotely, however you will be expected to be on site for your full 1st week.

Responsibilities

• Joining a busy team, responsible for supporting project work across the organisation's Cisco infrastructure.
• Involved in a key transformation programme upgrading systems.
• Support upgrading the Cisco and Meraki environment to reflect this.
