A leading affordable housing provider in England seeks a Multi-Skilled Joiner to support responsive repairs in Plymouth. The role requires demonstrable skills in various trades, excellent customer service, and a full UK driving licence. Offering a competitive salary of £36,838 with various employee benefits, including a company vehicle and 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our team covering Plymouth and surrounding areas to support the delivery of responsive repairs which will include general multi-skilled work. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible.
This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week, and there is a requirement to cover out-of-hours callout on a rota basis which offers an additional payment.
We are a customer focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Joiner, but you will also have great customer service skills, a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
The successful candidate will live within 30 minutes of Plymouth to be able to reach our customer locations in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
