Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creative process and bring fresh ideas to projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop and communicate design narratives that elevate the guest experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Collaborate with studios and project teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality interiors for global clients.
• Assist in developing technical drawing packages and construction documentation under supervision.
• Support senior designers in delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working on luxury hospitality interiors — hotels, restaurants, or bars.
• A strong conceptual portfolio that demonstrates the ability to build compelling design narratives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape; thorough understanding of technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-focused team.
