G4S Facilities Management is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cheltenham.
Competitive Salary: From £43,835.77 per annum, dependent on qualifications
Excellent Benefits:

£2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part-time)
Additional allowances for AP duties plus further allowance if holding qualifications for a second trade

Full-Time: 42 hours/week, 2 day shifts [7am - 7pm], 2 night shifts [7pm - 7am], 4 days off.
You will be responsible for providing a range of mechanical engineering services, including:
Respond to defects, identify root causes, and undertake statutory and routine inspections of mechanical plant.
Conduct all work to high standards, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to SLA, KPIs, site policies, and Health and Safety regulations.
Monitor and utilize PDA devices for service delivery.
Identify and requisition materials for maintenance work orders.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
Oversee and escort contractors, ensuring satisfactory work in line with risk assessments, method statements, and contract KPIs.
Support a safe, clean, and healthy working environment.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Adhere to corporate safety and security policies.
Maintain a professional attitude and image.
