Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled, highly organised, and detail-focused Mechanic/Engine Builder/Engine Fitter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid engine building experience who values cleanliness, precision, and doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove and dismantle failed engines from vehicles
  • Clean and inspect engine components thoroughly
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised work area at all times
  • Communicate with your manager to ensure timely and accurate parts ordering
  • Rebuild engines to strict manufacturer specifications
  • Refit engines into vehicles and conduct full operational testing
  • Diagnose and resolve any post-installation mechanical issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an engine builder or fitter. Must be well organised and maintain a clean working environment
  • High level of attention to detail and mechanical precision
  • Must provide your own tools while some tools are available on-site, you are expected to gradually build your own set
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
  • A strong work ethic
