We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our well established team of Matrons within the Division of Surgery and Women’s & Children’s Services. You will support a speciality triumvirate in the delivery of excellent, compassionate care whilst maintaining high professional standards.
We are looking for leaders who are not only ambitious, creative and focused, but individuals with sound clinical expertise and a passion for providing outstanding care every time for our patients and outstanding support for our staff.
You will work in collaboration with the specialty triumvirate to provide assurance of quality and safety for our patients and lead the team to deliver improvements and innovations in practice.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse and have experience in an acute hospital setting.
You will be a part of the Divisional leadership team, and work within a triumvirate of Operational Manager and Clinical Lead.
