Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to recruit for a dedicated Marketing Manager!

Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team focused on creating and implementing integrated marketing plans that align with customer needs and business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute omni-channel customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for various audiences, including patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated promotional strategies in line with brand objectives, including content creation, messaging, channel selection, and campaign execution.
  • Enhance customer experiences by leveraging advanced website and data analytics to create tailored engagement strategies at both segment and individual levels.
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for campaigns, continuously assessing performance and optimizing strategies in real-time.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with an agile mindset to transition from strategy to implementation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage social media and first-party campaigns, optimizing spend to maximize results while maintaining alignment with broader brand strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, digital, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and customer engagement, including planning and executing omni-channel campaigns.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and integrate digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing social media campaigns and analyzing data to gain insights into customer behavior and needs.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
