We’re looking for recent graduates looking for first/second professional roles. You will have a humanities degree and a solutions-focused mindset.

THE ROLE:

As a Marketing Executive you will work across several large-scale event campaigns allowing you to build experience and knowledge across all channels and learn about new markets quickly - allowing us to accelerate your career to delivering your own campaigns from start to finish.

You will embrace digital at every stage of your campaign and bring an AI-nativism to your work. Your multi-channel approach will cover web, exceptional email marketing, paid and organic social, PPC and working with external partners. You will support a senior marketer in delivering high value campaigns, allowing you to learn and grow from their mentorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Branding & Tone of Voice – create clever campaigns that matches the tone of your target audience and capture the bold ambition of your event.
  • Data Management & Lead Generation – build targeted databases organically and through research, using multi-channel campaigns to turn them into leads.
  • Performance Management & Analytics – use your analytical skills to track campaign performance, and learn where to iterate and update campaigns to drive the highest ROI.
  • Copywriting and Content – collaborate with your producer to create engaging content and messaging across your channels.
  • Social Media – create a social media plan that grows both your social reach and engagement, with creative approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Achieved a 2:1 degree or above.
  • Clear and confident communicator, written and verbal. English Fluency; right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to write crisp engaging marketing copy.
  • Able to take initiative, methodical, process-driven and stay highly organised.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills - ability to engage and influence a range of people and characters.
  • Ambitious, target driven, and passion for hitting goals.
  • Resilient, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
