Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience.
