We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) expertise to join a project in Central London. My client specialises in delivering M&E packages across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, domestic, healthcare, and fit-out sectors. With a reputation for quality and reliability, we are looking for a driven individual to help us continue building on our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout each project.
• Prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the M&E sector.
• Strong technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical systems.
