Job Title: M&A Manager (Advisory)

Location: Midlands

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 p.a + bonus

Marks Sattin is partnering with a reputable and Corporate Finance Advisory firm who are growing exponentially. Following continued growth, my client are investing within its M&A team and now seek an M&A Manager to join, playing a pivotal role in expanding the firm's regional footprint.

As M&A Manager, you will lead transactions from origination through to completion. Working closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and senior stakeholders you will shape strategic growth journeys i.e. acquisitions, divestments, or succession planning. This is truly a high-impact, client-facing role with a clear progression pathway for those who demonstrate commercial drive and deal execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle
  • Conducting financial, strategic, and market analysis to support deal rationale
  • Preparing valuations, pitch decks, and transaction documentation
  • Building and nurturing relationships with business owners, investors, and advisors
  • Driving origination efforts and contribute to the firm's market presence
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performance culture
Qualifications
  • Be ACA/CFA Qualified
  • Have a minimum 3 years' experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services
  • Have strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to engage with C-suite and business owners
  • Be a self-starter with an ability to drive yourself and others
