We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Glasgow city centre who are looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to their residential property team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive office, well known for delivering a high standard of service to long-standing clients across Scotland.

The Role
  • Providing full secretarial support to a Solicitor within the residential conveyancing team
  • Preparing documents and correspondence in relation to property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly
  • Managing case files and updating the firm’s case management system
  • General administrative duties to support the team

  • Previous experience in residential property work within the Scottish legal system is essential
