Start Date: September
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour (depending on role)

We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Porters (KP) and Kitchen Assistants (KA) to join busy kitchen teams across various locations throughout London. These are temporary roles ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
• Assist with basic food prep when required
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with general duties

Requirements for KP:

• Must have own safety shoes and uniform
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Punctual and dependable
• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Ensure food hygiene standards are maintained
• Support chefs with plating and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food prep areas

Requirements for KA:

• Must have own safety shoes and uniform
• Must hold a valid Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Availability: Candidates must be available to start from September and be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
