Qualifications

• Electrically qualified through City & Guilds or an apprenticeship.
• Hardworking and willing to learn in a supportive environment.
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.
• Conduct troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Test emergency lights and fire alarms.
• Maintain plant rooms and service air handling units.
• Carry out general plumbing tasks.
