Role Summary:

The key responsibilities concerning the post will be to provide IT and AV related support of hardware, software, server and client operating systems, databases, email services, security access, CCTV administration, user identification and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of the IT Strategy
  2. Management of the Installation and maintenance of all hardware & software
  3. Installation and maintenance of the networks including WiFi
  4. Support and maintain Security and group policies
  5. Operate and maintain the telephone System
  6. Assist and manage future new technologies and projects which fall within the scope of the role
Skills / Experience Requirements
  1. Server/Network
  2. Maintenance and administration of MS Domain controllers, Office 365 administration, MS databases, Wi-Fi management & topology.
  3. Ability to maintain and backup a variety of systems.
  4. Network equipment implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  5. Implementation, maintenance and administration of server software and databases.
  6. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics procedures for servers and relevant server software.
  7. Desktop/Client
  8. Installation, maintenance and purchasing of required IT equipment, including hardware & software systems.
  9. Perform advanced troubleshooting diagnostics procedures for PC/Laptop hardware and software systems.
  10. Website and External Access
  11. Maintenance and administration of all applications and systems.

The candidate will work within a department that supports over 2000 users with 800 workstations, 24 servers, 250 telephones, security points, 120 networked printers, and 80 wireless access points configured as 4 separate networking subnets operating within a Windows 2012 R2 network with Windows 7 and 8 based clients.
