A leading entertainment company in Liverpool is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to manage IT support services for game developers. This role involves managing the service desk, overseeing desktop support operations, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Candidates should have hands-on support experience and knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Linux, MacOS, and Windows.
