Qualifications

• NEBOSH diploma or NEBOSH Certificate; ideally working towards NEBOSH diploma.
• Experience in providing proactive H&S advice, particularly in property management or construction.
• Ability to review and update H&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide H&S advice to Managing Director and management team.
• Develop and implement H&S strategy and business plan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain H&S standards.
• Prepare and present reports to various committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in H&S performance.
