Overview

1 year maternity cover, handover November 2025, contract finishes January 2027. This is a pivotal role within one of the Great 12 Livery companies, based in the Hall Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and WFH Monday & Friday.

You\'ll provide full admin and social secretarial support to the Clerk (CEO) and it will definitely suit a candidate who likes to be fully immersed in a vibrant working environment as well as enjoys being a fantastic communicator as you will be a main point of liaison for a vast amount of internal and external contacts.

You need to have a good understanding of all things Livery, be extremely organised, be willing to muck in and enjoy getting involved with the Events side of the Company.
