Overview

HVAC Engineer – GBP40,000 – GBP42,000 • Durham

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join a brand–new on–site contract at a large industrial/commercial facility in Durham. You will work as part of a small engineering team, maintaining and repairing all HVAC systems across the site. Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation plant
• Fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain operational efficiency
• Supporting colleagues on–site as part of a skilled engineering team
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Producing accurate maintenance reports and documentation

The Ideal Candidate

• F–Gas Category 1 qualified (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem–solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and a team player

Salary & Benefits
