HR Coordinator

Larbey Evans is partnering with a highly regarded US law firm to recruit a proactive and results-orientated HR Coordinator to join their London office, based in a sought-after location in the City!

  • Salary to £50,000
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This is a very busy and varied role, perfect for someone who has had around 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar HR role within a law firm, who is confident managing shifting priorities and consistently upholds the highest standards of confidentiality.

HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR Specialist and HR Assistant, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and issues including absences and holiday requests
  • Facilitate the recruiting and interview processes for business services, assist with negotiating agency terms of business, draft job descriptions and employment contracts, and gather feedback
  • Manage the on-boarding for all new hires and coordination of induction programmes
  • Coordinate the yearly administrative appraisal process
  • Work with the HR Specialist to lead office-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and office-wide social events

HR Coordinator Skills & Requirement:

  • At least 2+ years’ HR experience within a law firm
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work with all levels of firm personnel
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed
