Qualifications

  • Solid experience in multi-outlet hotel or resort, preferably luxury.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll, reconciliation, purchasing, and controls.
  • Produce management information (MI) and manage cash flow.
  • Report to the property-based GM.
  • Participate in setting the budgets.

Overview

The Job: The successful Director of Finance will have complete responsibility of the Finance team, for the daily business within the hotel, payroll, reconciliation, purchasing and all Food & Beverage / Liquor controls. Producing MI, managing cash flow, payroll aspects, etc. Reporting to the property-based GM you will play a key role in ensuring the business keeps on target while also getting involved in setting the budgets moving forward.

  • Take complete responsibility of the Finance team and the daily business within the hotel.
  • Oversee payroll, reconciliation, purchasing and all Food & Beverage / Liquor controls.
  • Produce management information (MI) and manage cash flow and payroll aspects.
  • Report to the property-based GM and contribute to keeping the business on target.
  • Participate in setting the budgets moving forward.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an existing Hotel/Resort environment with familiarity of current hospitality industry specifics.
  • Able to demonstrate solid experience in good quality, multi-outlet hotel or large resort experience, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Experienced people manager with the ability to develop strong relationships with senior business stakeholders both internally and externally.
