Overview

As well as being able to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, we'll look to you to provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents. Always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first - finding new ways to enrich their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities whilst effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.
  • Create and develop strong internal and external relationships to strengthen the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
  • Lead with a confident, influential management style to foster a supportive team environment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Become registered with CQC and, when required, work out of hours or evenings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Inspirational manager with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
  • Ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector with strong commercial acumen.
  • Commitment to developing an environment focused on continuous improvements and strong leadership.
