Job description
What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of literacy interventions across our school. This role is about working directly with pupils who need help with reading, vocabulary, and comprehension, helping them to build the skills and confidence they need to access the curriculum and succeed in their learning. The ideal candidate would fulfil the split role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant 3 days per week and then a Teaching Assistant L3 for 2 days per week.
