• Experience as an HGV Driver Trainer with relevant qualifications.
• CPC Qualified and holder of full UK HGV C+E Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Assess new drivers during recruitment to identify training needs.
• Provide training and mentoring for new and current drivers.
• Plan and deliver driver training programs in line with CPC requirements.
