Overview

Head of Undergraduate (UG) Programmes at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. Location: On Campus, City Campus. Employment type: Permanent Contract. Salary: Management Grade 2 (£75,000 - £91,000 p.a. pro rata). Closing date: 30/09/2025.

About The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Undergraduate (UG) Programmes to provide leadership to our team and UG programmes in Nottingham Business School (NBS) at Nottingham Trent University. You will be part of the NBS Executive Team and actively lead the development and delivery of one of the UK’s most vibrant undergraduate portfolios in business, management and economics. You will lead, develop and manage a strong team of UG course leaders and continue to enhance our international reputation for education and deliver our strategic KPIs for our undergraduate courses.

This is a place for academic leaders who care deeply about making a positive difference to people, business and society. You’ll be supported to develop your ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and pursue innovations that cement NBS as a leading force in business and management education, research and impact. You will have a successful track record in leading course/programme design, development, and delivery, and the ability to lead an innovative team of course and module leaders, working with heads of department to deliver outstanding outcomes for our students.
