As SSEN Transmission delivers a multi £bn portfolio of major infrastructure projects to enable low carbon energy, strengthen the UK's electricity network, and achieve Net Zero, we've established a new Project Services function to provide the governance, insight, and expertise that underpin successful delivery.
As Head of Resourcing, Planning and Project Coordination, you will lead a high performing team to manage resource forecasting, allocation, and utilisation, while standardising project coordination across the portfolio. Working closely with directorate leads and executive stakeholders, you will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, driving operational efficiency, insight‑led decision making, and consistent delivery across major projects.
