As Kramp’s product range continues to grow in complexity and scale, we’re looking for a strategic leader to shape and lead our Product Compliance and Quality function.

Your Impact

You’ll define and execute our PQ&C strategy, lead a growing team of specialists, and embed a strong quality and compliance mindset throughout the organization. Your mission: safeguard our product integrity, customer trust, and market access while supporting innovation and growth.

Your role
  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Translate business goals into a clear Product Quality & Compliance roadmap
  • Build Systems: Develop scalable Product Compliance Programs (regulatory monitoring, product safety, audits) and integrate quality processes where they add value.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Ensure seamless Product Compliance Integration with Category, Sourcing, Legal, and other teams across the product lifecycle.
  • Uphold Standards: Oversee Regulatory Product Compliance and supplier audits; quality initiatives are part of preventive risk management.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Act as Kramp’s key contact for regulatory bodies, driving product compliance leadership and internal alignment.
  • Team Management: Build and develop a skilled team, fostering a culture of Product Quality & Compliance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • As part of the Category Development leadership team, you work closely with Heads of Category, Private Label, and Sourcing to align PCQ first initiatives, with commercial priorities and innovation goals.
Who are you?
  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Compliance; strong EU regulatory knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Proven leadership in managing international, multi-category teams.
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
  • Experience with compliance in high-risk or regulated product categories.
  • Experience with quality systems and quality management in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of preventive quality programs and continuous improvement practices.
