Reports to: Operations Board Member. Direct Reports: Administration, Account Management, and Logistics Teams (c.10 staff).

The Head of Operations (HOO) will lead and operationalise the Corporate Division’s delivery function. They will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational processes, managing people, systems, and procedures to guarantee vehicles are delivered to customers on time, to specification, and with outstanding service quality.
