Caddy Comps is the UK’s leading Online Golf Competition operator, we’re all about turning big dreams into even bigger wins.

The Role

We’re searching for a Head of Marketing who’s equal parts strategist, doer, performance powerhouse, brand magician, and team captain. Someone who knows how to build a marketing machine from scratch, and dares to make big moves.

This is a role for a star marketer who loves wearing multiple hats, juggling bold ideas, and jumping between creative brainstorms, performance dashboards, and partnership negotiations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced, founder led team in a rapidly growing start up environment.

The role is Hybrid Remote. Frequent time will be spent in our offices in Stamford. A London based co-working membership is also included.

What You’ll Lead
Performance Marketing
  • Own a 6-figure monthly ad budget (and make every penny sweat).
  • Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across paid social, search, and whatever platform is hot next week.
  • Obsess over data, test like a scientist, and celebrate ROAS like it’s a championship trophy.
Talent & Influencer Partnerships
  • Craft and manage relationships with creators, athletes, celebrities, and brand advocates.
  • Design collaborative campaigns that feel authentic, exciting, and unmistakably “Caddy Comps”
  • Negotiate like a pro and know when to shake hands (literally and figuratively).
Brand Strategy & Creative
  • Collaborate with the Founder on the evolution of the Caddy Comps brand-voice, look, feel, and all the magic in between.
  • Lead creative campaigns that stand out, spark conversation, and build long-term loyalty.
  • Make sure every touchpoint feels premium, playful, and unmistakably us.
Team Building & Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across creative, performance, and partnerships.
  • Mentor, inspire, and develop talent that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and ambition.
