Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully operating a top spa/wellness resort for a minimum of three years.
• Experience with integrated wellness approaches/working models.

Responsibilities

• Developing wellness programs and menus aligned with brand standards to support business strategy.
• Driving key strategies within the SBU to meet targets and align with Jumeirah's overall goals.
• Ensuring The Peak consistently meets its monthly targets for sales and membership revenue.
