Job description:
Over the 12-month programme you will develop skills and gain the experience needed to become a well-rounded project manager with an inquisitive mindset that helps to proactively deliver successful projects for our pharmaceutical clients.
The programme is designed for talented, ambitious and passionate graduates and those currently working who are looking for a role where they can combine project management, planning, technology, and creative thinking to help deliver client projects in an operational role.
The focus of your role:
You’ll have the opportunity to work on small and large client projects based in the UK. Each of the projects are sponsored by the pharmaceutical clients and are placed into the NHS. The day-to-day tasks can vary from planning projects from the initial concept stage through to delivering fully live solutions for clients. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong project planning capabilities, an ability to deal with quantities of project data, a strong attention to detail and will be working with and advising clients during the live stages of the project. All of these projects will be in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Sectors.
All projects within Apodi are opportunities for learning and personal development and for gaining experience of applying ideas and innovations learnt in more formal settings.
Your training and development:
Throughout your time on the Programme there is a robust support system in place, which is there to help and guide you through the process. The Apodi Project Manager Academy is a structured learning environment which will help guide you through the project processes.
A heavy emphasis is placed on your development and being able to learn a variety of skills in a variety of learning environments.
Your training programme will be customised to your role; the skills required to contribute to the company and your own career and will consider how you best learn.
From the start you will be assigned a Mentor from the Apodi Senior Leadership Team who will help you prioritise your learning needs and access the appropriate resources.
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of short-term secondments into other areas of the business such as Marketing and Business Development to help you play an important long-term role for the company.
