Overview

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Weekend Retail Assistant to join the team in our Mortonhall Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age.

The hours for this position are 7.5 hours per week on Sunday.

The Role

As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Till operation and serving customer
  • Stock replenishment and merchandising across all department
  • Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
  • Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
  • Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
Qualifications
  • Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
  • Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
