Overview

Garden Centre Team Member — Part Time 16 Hours Per week Including Weekends. At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres and go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the heart of our operations and ensure customers have the best experience in store.
• Provide quality customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and support merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Till operations and general cleaning as required.

Physical Requirements

Heavy lifting will be required; this is a physical job and you need to be strong and able to lift.

Skills and Qualities

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or garden centre environments is not required but helpful; candidates should enjoy working with plants and within a team, and be comfortable with both dexterous and physical outdoor work.
