The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our dining outlets, including our fine dining restaurant, casual dining spaces, and private event areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all dining areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and efficiency.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine interest in food and drink.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
