Blockchain.com is looking for a Manager to work in our Finance Transformation team. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimising and automating our finance function. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, possessing a strong understanding of finance processes, technology, and best practices. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, leading transformation projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
This person will work within the Finance Transformation team, and will assist on various projects aimed at automating finance business processes (including month-end close and other periodic closes, implementation of new finance tools etc.), as well as further improving our data flows and approval processes to ensure the seamless functioning of financial processes. This role requires a hands-on individual who will deep-dive into topics with business stakeholders to gain understanding of key issues and work within the Finance Transformation team to problem-solve and implement actionable solutions leveraging technology to enhance finance processes.
