In this pivotal role, you'll combine sharp financial insights with strong business acumen to help shape strategic decisions and drive performance.

You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, using your expertise in financial modelling, analytics, and reporting to influence strategy, improve processes, and deliver meaningful business impact.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial guidance and actionable insights.
• Analysing data to spot trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Building and maintaining robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Creating clear, impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Supporting business strategies with rigorous financial analysis and recommendations.
• Preparing business cases, cost projections, and impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Driving process improvements to boost efficiency within finance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree plus a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent).
• Proven success in finance business partnering and delivering strategic insights.
• Advanced skills in SAP and Excel are essential.
• Experience working with complex datasets; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
