Responsibilities

The caseload will see you supporting clients through difficult times and in this varied and rewarding role, you'll manage a broad caseload covering both privately funded and Legal Aid work, including:

  • Domestic abuse and injunctions
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Child arrangements and related proceedings
Qualifications

You may be a recently qualified solicitor with a strong foundation in family law and practical experience in handling Legal Aid cases. Confidence in advocacy would be a significant advantage and familiarity with Public Law Childcare matters would be highly beneficial.
