We Are Hiring : Family Practitioner - Supported Housing 🌟
Location : Ilford
Salary : up to £31,000
Hours : Full-time (primarily 10 : 00-18 : 00, with some evening / weekend shifts depending on service needs)
Reporting to : Supported Housing Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of parents and babies living in supported accommodation. The role also offers the potential to work within a Residential Family Centre if required.
As a Family Practitioner, you will provide practical, emotional, and safeguarding support to parents and their babies, empowering them to develop the skills needed for independent living. You'll play a vital role in promoting positive parenting, healthy routines, and child development, while ensuring the safety and welfare of the children in the service.
