Export Coordinator – Birmingham
Full-time, Permanent
per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

We're looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring seamless international shipping operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in export logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers with export-related queries
  • Prepare and verify essential export documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations)
  • Apply for required export documents including Bills of Lading, Health Certificates, and Certificates of Origin
  • Coordinate logistics for all export shipments - arrange transport and ensure timely delivery to global clients
  • Obtain competitive quotes and manage bookings for Air, Sea, and Road freight through couriers and freight forwarders
  • Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Uphold the companys Core Values, Code of Ethics, and contribute to CSR goals
