Job Role

The Engineering Administrator will support the maintenance department through the accurate management of stock, systems, and documentation. Responsibilities include daily stores checks, managing SOPs and RAMS, conducting regular stock takes, logging and issuing spares, and controlling the engineering budget. You will also contribute to the development of the CMMS system, inputting job tasks and ensuring compliance with maintenance, servicing, and calibration requirements. Additional tasks include purchase order management, job scheduling, completion tracking, and KPI data analysis.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Experience using CMMS or ERP Systems
  • Competence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
