Qualifications

Electronics Test Engineer - Hampshire - Up to £40,000 pa + Benefits - REF 012

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 15:30

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations.

Responsibilities
  • As an Electronics Test Engineer (RF), you\'ll support the Test Department in:
  • Carrying out functional tests on PCBs (primarily RF design) using customer-supplied test equipment.
  • Reviewing new customer test specifications and recommending improvements.
  • Setting up, reviewing, and verifying customer-supplied test equipment and fixtures.
  • Supporting the design and build of test fixtures where required.
  • Creating detailed fault logs and helping identify failure modes to support continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with calibration, equipment monitoring, and investigating customer returns.
  • Providing technical support to both customers and internal production teams.
Skills & Experience
  • A qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC or above preferred).
  • Hands-on experience testing and evaluating RF or broadcasting electronic assemblies/equipment.
  • Confidence in technically supporting both customers and production teams.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
