Job summary

A leading global provider of clinical research services is seeking a skilled individual to coordinate training and drive conversion of patients to their dysphagia product portfolio. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to influence external stakeholders, and demonstrate solid organizational and time management abilities. This role requires compliance with healthcare regulations and is based in the UK. Applicants must be authorized to work legally in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver training on dysphagia products in specified territories.
  • Gain agreement for prescription conversion to dysphagia products.
  • Identify and address blocks to prescription changes.
  • Report activity to the territory manager and stakeholders.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Purpose

To coordinate and be accountable for the training and conversion of patients in any and all institutions to Nestle Health Science Dysphagia product portfolio – Primary and secondary

Role and Responsibilities
  • Accountability for the planning and delivery of dysphagia training within all identified accounts within specified territories
  • Gain agreement for prescription conversion to Nestle Health Science dysphagia products
  • Identify and address any blocks to prescription changes with prescribing loop
  • Report activity and provide on-going feedback to the dysphagia territory manager and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate and timely completion of all Iqvia administration
  • Compliance with Nestle Health Science & Star policies and procedures

  • Minimum average of two care home training sessions per day
  • Meet all other role-specific KPIs
  • Monitor ROI of A/V budget
  • Sales versus target performance
  • Personal performance objectives achievement
