£80-120,000 + bens + up to 20% bonus

Your key responsibilities will be to:
We are looking for a driven strategic thinker who has an enquiring and creative approach. You must have a deep understanding of complex regulations; this could be agrochemical (PPP), chemicals (REACH), biocides or pharmaceutical. You must have the rare ability to be able to deep dive into detail AND take a big picture view – connecting the dots to deliver solutions to complex hurdles is key to this role. You will be an engaging communicator who can persuasively advise and influence colleagues, customers and regulators. You must be an inspiring leader who enjoys developing and leading from the front.
You will have a background in regulatory affairs, ideally chemical but any regulated product area will be considered; there will be a long and structured hand-over period in which you can build deep expertise in the specific regulations and products.
