They are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice who’s eager to grow, bring fresh ideas, and help tell their story across digital channels.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative marketing team where curiosity and creativity are encouraged, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering quality and innovation. In this role, you’ll receive structured development through 2‑day training blocks every 46 weeks with Baltic Apprenticeships, giving you the skills and confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused business.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job

• Support with website updates, landing pages, blogs.
• Help with SEO focused content improvements and development.
• Plan and develop activities and optimisation based on analytics.
• A/B testing of PPC campaigns and landing pages using Instapage.
• SEO will be a key part of this role, both from a web technical perspective and understanding the part that content plays.
• Utilising tools such as WordPress, Umbraco, GA4, HotJar, Copilot.
• Work with Marketing, UX, Content, SEO, and compliance to align campaigns.
• Communicate with external software teams to support with website development and technical update.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Some experience using image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools).
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

With our expert online training and one‑to‑one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
