Salary Range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum DOE + Benefits
Location: Glasgow Hillhead
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC, 35 Hours

Our Team
Our Customer Consultants are the face and voice of Virgin Money, delivering heartfelt service to our customers daily. Our Glasgow Hillhead branch invites you to join a team that values big thinking and a passion for helping others face-to-face and over the phone.

What you’ll be doing
• Welcome customers to the branch.
• Assist customers with digital services, educating them on benefits and guiding them through the process.
• Resolve customer banking queries.
• Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and our Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice in person or by phone.
• Promote Virgin Money by representing the brand at events and in the community.

We need you to have
• Experience or a passion for customer service and a desire to deliver excellent service.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills to find the best solutions for customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• Flexibility and a positive approach to meet customer needs and business demands.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and achieving collective goals.
• An interest in digital technology and staying updated on new developments.

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
• Financial services experience.
• Knowledge of banking products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
