We are looking for a dedicated CSR & Sustainability Supervisor to join our team at our Deeside Head Office and help us continue our journey as a true sustainability champion.

This is an exciting opportunity to be with a company that takes its environmental and social responsibilities seriously. You will play a supporting role in driving our sustainability strategy forward, ensuring that our "playful and practical" uniforms also lead the way in ethical production.

Your Impactful Role:

You will be a key driver of our sustainability initiatives, with the opportunity to:

• Champion Our Commitments: Uphold and enhance our partnerships with leading organisations like Better Cotton, Fairtrade, Sedex, and Amfori BSCI. You will be central to maintaining our high standards and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
• Drive Transparency: We believe in offering complete transparency to our customers so they can make informed choices. You will create compelling reports and analyses that clearly communicate our sustainability performance and our journey towards goals like achieving 100% recycled content in our plastic packaging.
• Strengthen Our Supply Chain: Ensure the people who make our garments are respected and work in fair and proper conditions. You will help monitor our social audit programs, monitor corrective actions, and ensure our factories meet internationally recognised ethical standards.
• Inspire Change: Help us to foster a culture of sustainability within Premier, supporting and educating our teams to deliver on our shared CSR goals.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for creating a more sustainable future. The ideal candidate will have:

• A solid understanding of CSR, sustainability, and compliance principles.
• Preferably have experience working with supply chains, including social audits (like SMETA or WRAP) and certifications (like GRS, GOTS or Oeko-Tex).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and champion our sustainability story.
• An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
