Cover Supervisor - Secondary School in Corby
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 90 - 120 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
  • Ensure students remain on task and follow the set work
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
  • Support the wider school community when required
About You
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage a classroom environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable (e.g., in schools, tutoring, youth work or sports coaching)
  • Degree holders and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
