Overview

We're currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our client's busy nights team based in Lichfield.

The successful FLT Drivers must hold a valid counterbalance forklift certificate - RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift to safely transport goods within the warehouse
• Load and unload deliveries (single and double deckers) efficiently while maintaining stock accuracy
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Ensure a clean, organised and hazard-free work environment
• Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid forklift certifcate (counterbalance)
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 21:00 - 05:00 + overtime
